Semitropic’s groundwater monitoring committee is comprised of representatives from Semitropic and adjacent districts that share the groundwater basin. Also serving the committee as a consultant is an expert groundwater hydrologist. The monitoring committee serves as an advisory and reporting entity on the operations of the Semitropic Groundwater Bank.
